Q. When will the tuxedos be ready to try-on and pick up? A. Two days before your special event, we will have you and your attendants try-on everything that you have chosen. We will do any alterations that are necessary while they wait for the perfect fit. Q. What are your store hours? A. We are open 11am-6pm on Monday, 11am-8pmTuesday-Thursday, 11am-6pm Friday & 10am-5pm on Saturday Q. Do I need an appointment to be fitted? A. Not at all! Come in when it’s convenient for you. Q. Do I need to have all my attendants come in to be measured at the same time? A. No, they can come in when it’s convenient for them. All they need to know is the grooms last name and date of the wedding. Q. How long before my wedding do I need to have all my guys fitted? A. We like to have all the measurements about 2 months before your wedding. Please note that as soon as your attendants are fitted their tuxedo will be reserved for them. Q. How long before my wedding do I need to register for the tuxedo? A. We like to have as much notice as possible. We have weddings that register as far out as 3 years. This is not necessary however 2-4 months is the normal time frame. Q. I have guys all over the country; do they need to come here to be measured? A. No, they can go to their nearest tuxedo store or tailor shop to be fitted. Most companies will not charge for this, but there are some that have a small fee. After they have been measured they can submit the measurements to us by mail, email, fax, or calling them into us. Q. What happens if something doesn’t fit when they try-on their tuxedo? A. We have the ability to make small alterations here in the store such as coat sleeve length and pant length. As far as needing a whole new size in an item we would need to order that in and it would arrive the next day. Q. When do the tuxedos need to be paid for? A. We ask for a partial payment when you are fitted and the balance to be paid in full when you come to pick your tuxedo up. Q. I have an uncommon color dress, no one seems to have anything to match it, can you find something to match? A. Yes, we have several options for finding the perfect accessory to match the dresses or color pallet of your wedding. Typically brides will choose an accent color such as silver, gold, or black for example. Q. How many men do I need in my wedding party to receive the grooms tuxedo free? A. That is a great question and it really depends on our current wedding promotion. Call or come in today to discuss our current promotions. Q. What does “register my wedding” mean? A. This is a simple form that supplies us with the couples names, date of the wedding, anyone that is in your wedding wearing a tuxedo, $20.00 deposit, and the styles that you have chosen for them to wear. If you are not ready to choose your styles yet that is fine, you can register your wedding now and choose styles at a later date. Q. Can I register now to lock in the special price and give you names or choose the tuxedos later? A. Yes, the only thing we ask is that you finish up the registration at least 1 month before the wedding. Q. Is it necessary to have my guys come in and try-on their tuxedo on the pick-up date? A. We would prefer that they do, this is only because if there are any little things that need to be fixed or exchanged we can do it in an appropriate amount of time. If they take the tuxedo without trying it on, it may be possible that they will have to make a return trip to fix any adjustments. Q. What makes you different from all the other tuxedo stores? A. There are several ways that we differ… We are locally owned an operated by Jenn Gerard. Jenn has over 10 years of experience in helping couples with their wedding. Is my ring bearer’s tux going to cost the same as grown men? A. No, if they are a part of a wedding party we never charge full price for the little guys. The price is determined by our current wedding promotion Q. Do have an extra fee for bigger (over sized) guys? A. No, we don’t think that’s fair; we only pay a very small fee for bigger tuxedos so we don’t think it’s necessary to charge you more. |
