Q- Do we charge for adjustments if something does not fit?

A- Absolutely not. We include minor tailoring and free size exchanges on all of our rentals.

Q- Do you offer same day service?

A- YES! Gerard Tuxedo carries it's own inventory in house. Making same day rentals or retail purchases ready to go same day.

Q- Do you offer shipping?

A- Yes. Gerard Tuxedo offers shipping on rentals and retail. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00 per outfit.

 

Q- I have out of town groomsmen, how do they get measured?

A- Your out of town groomsmen can get measured at any local tuxedo, suit or tailor. They can provide the measurements to us by phone, email, or submit them online at gerardtuxedo.com.

When they arrive into town (even if it is the day before your wedding) send them into Gerard Tuxedo for a final fitting. We will provide any size adjustments or alterations while they wait.

 

Q- How far in advance should I have my styles picked out and groomsmen measured?

A- We recommend at least 4 months prior to your wedding date. Because we need the wedding party measured three months before your wedding date. 

If your wedding is in May or June We highly recommend you have your styles picked out by January and your groomsmen measured by February.

 

Q- How important is it to try on my tuxedo at the 2nd fitting? Why do I need to try it on?

A- Very important. We want to make the tux or suit fits and feels comfortable.

If something is not fitting we can make minor alterations or switch out sizing while you wait.
